Well, few weeks ago I went back to Mukah to visit the Pesta Kaul event.
I meet my friends there. So we enjoyed ourself by walking around, ate every food we can get and so on. Then I went back to Kuching that evening. A few weeks later I realized that I took only a few pictures of Pesta Kaul, 2-3 at most.

Well, to be honest, I don't like taking picture during my vacation (vacation la sangat). Or maybe I was too excited living in the moment. 5 years of waiting, and I grabbed my opportunity on that day to enjoy the moment.
You’re not truly absorbing the sights, sounds, smells and emotions of the moment your attention is focused on your camera and snapping the best angle, using the best filter, viewing the picture and maybe even re-taking it. All of this adds up to you actually missing the moment or, perhaps, ruining it.
On your next vacation, try to leave your camera behind. It might just make that vacation the one you’ll always remember.
